Preparation for January Leadership Rally

Please respond to each of the sub-forums to help me speak with a collective voice at Thursday's Leadership Rally (AKA first PRSA board meeting of 2011). Thank you!

Budget

Does $900 sound about right for the year? Right off the bat, $360 will go towards monthly website hosting. The rest can go towards web upgrades, and any leftover money could potentially go towards a better camera. Thoughts? Should we be nice to the other committees and ask for even less money?

Main Goals for 2011

I envision the following being our main goals for this year: 1.) Web refresh - edit content - collaborate with other committees for new content - incorporate more photos 2.) Social networking - proactively reach out for more members - do more with existing sites, such as live tweeting at events 3.) Survey members during Q4 to learn about communication preferences and effectiveness of messages Am I missing something? What do you think our main goals should be?
